After Losing Her Husband and Mom, Woman Turned to Fitness to Beat Depression

#1 Justine McCabe
Justine's husband and mother passed away within two years of each other, devastating her and causing her to turn to food for comfort. Gaining 100 pounds, her weight climbed to more than 300 pounds



#2 Time For A Change
After seeking help with a grief counselor, 31 year old Justine knew it was time to make a change, a big change. Weighting 285 pounds, the mother of two signed up at the gym, and just kept going, taking pictures to document her journey.


#3 Seven Months Later
Seven months later she lost 125 pounds, on the day of her husband's death, just a year prior, and she kept on going.



#4 Challenges
Inspired, she took on new challenges such as sky diving, snorkeling, horseback riding, and cliff jumping. Now she sees her life as limitless.
